The IDA is interested in the following areas:
(If you decide to follow up any of the ideas, please feel free to employ your imagination at its full capacity)
Forms for officials.
What we want them to answer.
What EXPERIENCE we think they should have.
Consider forms such as those for government departments.
What questions could be put to their authors, to the governments,
whose policies lead to such forms?
What questions would you want benefit agencies to answer?
What requirements would you want MP.'s to fulfil?
The IDA having seen the first version of the Disability Living Allowance form, considered perhaps the following questions:
How many hot air balloons could an MP fill on a working day?
How many toilets are therein the House of Commons, in the House of Lords?
How many times does each MP use the toilets?
What times do they use them most, least?
How many rolls of toilet paper are used per day, per week?
To widen their experience each MP could take turns in cleaning the toilets.
